Can't Get the Form to Download?

These forms do download. Home Ed has tested them. Many people are successfully downloading them. Click on the link once and wait a few seconds for the download to begin.

If these forms are not downloading for you, there could be many reasons why this is happening - all of which are beyond Home Ed's ability to help you. Here are some situations and possible solutions:

• The server is busy / overloaded. Many people are trying all at once to get a form. (Keep trying or come back and try a little bit later - after the rush is over.)
• Somewhere in the multitude of connections of the Internet, something is wrong. (Try later and maybe someone responsible for the error has fixed it.)
• Your Internet provider is having problems. (Contact them and see if they have a solution.)

Otherwise, e-mail us and request that we e-mail the form back to you (be certain to specify which form). Make sure your e-mail can handle it and make sure you have Acrobat Reader to view and print the form. To download the latest version of Adobe Reader, just click the "Get Adobe Reader" button below.

Also, we can always use good old snail-mail to get you your form. E-mail us your mailing address and we'll gladly mail you the form (be certain to specify which form). It will take a few days. It will not be as quick as downloading, but you will get the form!
